Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Systems Engineer Intern to join our team at GOT Inc. The IT Systems Engineer Intern will play a crucial role in managing company software, integrations, CRM tools, and other IT-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in IT systems management and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and maintenance of company software systems
Support the integration of new software solutions and tools
Assist in the administration of CRM tools and databases
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and IT systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and enhancements
Assist in documenting IT processes and procedures
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT systems management
Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with software applications and systems administration
Understanding of working with Databases
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
